My duty is to my state in witch I am running to be the president of. In the future in united state there will be 53 state held elections for the role of state president. The president of your state will have same role as the president of Washington DC. Basically there will be 53 president in United one per each state. As well each state will have its own congress. Subcommittee will come through the state congress. The each state will host there on rcw it's own Constitution. And will be responsible for dealing with corruption in there ranks. If corruption is evident the civilization can hold there own private internal investigations on claims. If found guilty official will have many choices to repay the institution. And come in complacency with the civilian verdict. The As well the civilization will be responsible for policing or addressing issue in there government employees. The citizens host the executive office as well the payroll for government employees are handled through the civilian payroll system. Meaning government cannot pay itself.
